What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All color applications include a trim/cut, shampoo, and blowout. Starting price is $120. A $20 non refundable deposit is required to book all color appts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a complimentary online consultation including pics of your current hair, hair history, and inspiration photos.
I then can map out a method to safely and effectively reach your hair goals and give you an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed and Insured. Certified MUA. Certified to do Brazilian Blowouts
