About this pro
I make every vacation I book very personal. I get in the mind of the client and ask myself: "What would I want to know about the area?" Unless the client has told me that they have been to an area many times, I always approach the vacation process as though this is the first time. If I personally haven't been to an area that I am booking, I will contact the tourism bureau, the hotels, the resorts and the tour companies if needed to get lots of information. I belong to a 3000+ group of fellow travel professionals, so if I don't have the answers, most likely one of my fellow travel agents will.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Anyone can look up prices on the internet. But seriously, this is your VACATION. Do you want the cheapest vacation? Cheap is not always better, especially when it comes to vacations. I am here to guide and direct you, give you advice and help you to make a decision that is within your budget, certainly, but also to make sure that you don't wind up in a resort that has a broken pool, or that is crawling with bugs. I am more interested in getting repeat clients, that will use me to book every vacation they ever go on. Most internet websites, don't care about YOU as the vacationer, they only care about YOU the person with the credit card. If you've never used a travel agent before, I encourage you to give me a try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
