- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At times, circumstances and situations warrant a discussion of variations on standard pricing, and we’re happy to discuss all options. Important for you to know is that we don't charge anything extra per-image or for editing work. Our pricing is all-inclusive of our session, including professional image enhancement and delivery of the digital images directly to you. No hidden or extra costs, whatsoever!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Informal, relaxed, casual and no time constraints. We always put ourselves in the client's place, and strive to make sure everyone is enjoying our time together (in addition to capturing beautiful photographs)!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jeff has a Photojournalism degree from Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!), and has been joyfully photographing weddings, portraits, engagements, professional headshots, commercial work, senior pictures, family reunions, sporting events and studio work for decades.
