- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices begin at $118 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and increase minimally from there. We offer 10 off for once a month cleans, 15% off for every other week cleans, and 20% off for weekly cleans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make your life simple! Unlike most maid services, we will NEVER ask you for the sqr ft of your house or to make time-consuming measurements. Simply send us how many bedrooms and bathrooms you'd like cleaned and we'll be on our way! On top of that, we'll ask if anyone will be home while we're cleaning. If not, please let us know how to get into your house to clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have a minimum of 2 years experience in the residential cleaning industry.
