Worst movers I've ever had. Started off that they were running late because one of the movers had been in a wreck, then called to give an eta and were still an hour later after the time they gave and then showed up with only two guys when I was told and quoted for three, moved at snail speed taking a break after each time they went to the truck to cool off(knowing I had a lot of stairs and it was hot), complained that they were sore and wore out for the whole 7 hours it took them, almost five hours alone being them loading a two bedroom apartment that should of took no more than 2.5, and I had everything organized and sorted for them to grab and go I was even pulling everything out of the rooms so they didn't have to go any further then my living room, didn't unload my boxes and bags into the rooms they were going in just filled my garage and when I'd ask them to take a piece of furniture to the room it went to they literally huffed and mumbled on, I was charged more then I was quoted even though it was one guy short, they didn't even get all my stuff, they dragged ass and took thier sweet time while letting me know everytime they came to get more to load that they were tired sore and hot and were very huffy during unloading , and didn't even unload to the rooms they go, and then at payment the machine kept declining my card that worked just fine that whole day and even after. I hired professionals for a reason and I did not get professionals. I understand it was hot and there were stairs but this is your job if you can't do it then you need to get out of the business because your costing good people valuable money and time and in my situation I'm still over paying for a job I did half myself. If I could I would give a negative.

If you want to feel at ease, like your uncle and brother just helped you move..go with this professional team! Thanks Eddie and Ronnie..Very proficient, wasted no time, and trustworthy. I hadnt realized i dropped my checkbook. Eddie found it and brought it to me..that kind of honesty is rare! They took time to set up my new place the way i wanted it. They were even considerate about my cats i had in a room so they wouldnt get out. They unloaded the truck then i let them out if that room so the guys could set up that room for me. I give 18 ⭐ stars for the entire experience. Thanks CJ for booking my move last minute on a holiday weekend. Some companies wanted $1200 for the same move that cost only $500 bucks. Thanks CJ and his team for truly making my move with LESS STRESS

I could not say enough positive things about this company. We found out that we had to move my mom out of her apartment within 48 hours. I emailed this company Friday night and had a response from Cj by Saturday morning (4th of July) at 7:30am. Not only was he able to get two people out Sunday morning, but the pricing was super reasonable. Cj was very professional, and worked to accomplish everything we needed . He didn’t try to up sell me and he tried to get the most value for my money. He sent out Eddie and Ronnie and even in 93 degree weather, a second story apartment with no air, they maintained the most pleasant attitude and really took caution with my moms items and tried to be as helpful as possible and continued to go above and beyond. They worked hard and if we ever have moving to do in the future, I am going with Less Stress Movers and I am requesting Eddie and Ronnie. Thank you to all three of you!! You were definitely a God send! A+++++++
