FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Through Green Hat Media I primarily work as a videographer to produce small segment videos. Often these are promotional videos for non-profit organizations and crowd funding campaigns. These are my favorite projects to work on because they help the local community around Bloomington, an aspect I hold close at heart.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Last year I created a video campaign for the Interfaith Winter Shelter here in Bloomington. This project raised thousands of dollars to help the shelter provide a safe warm place for homeless in Bloomington to sleep in the winter months. Because the project exceeded its goal, the shelter was able to hire another person to work at the shelter every morning giving the residents more stability and taking the pressure off of volunteers. Knowing how much this campaign changed the lives of people in the shelter makes me extremely proud of this project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Every photographer and videographer has a different style, and most of us have more than one. It is important for you to be comfortable with whoever you hire, and do not be afraid to share your ideas and visions. In the end the final product is about you, and what you want. Do not settle for something else.
