- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I typically try to stick to my pricing, in certain instances and situations I am willing to adjust a package to fit others needs. I don’t like when people want to work with me but can’t afford the packages so we find something to make it work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know what my client is interested in, so if they use Pinterest, I normally create a joint Pinterest board so we both see what the other is thinking of and go from there. I also like to send questionnaires and I am able to be contacted from the time I wake up in the morning until the time I go to bed at night, so I am easily reachable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Indiana University in 2016 where I took several photography classes. I have also continued to learn on my own to insure I’m delivering the highest quality images possible to my clients.
