Warren and Downin Enterprises has been a godsend! He's an expert with older homes (mine is over 100 yrs old) and has done everything from numerous home repair projects to new design and repurposing of an old space, a stairway landing into a fully plumbed half bath. He's also done tilework, repair plaster on lath walls, installed ceiling lights and fans and added electrical outlets. In addition to inside work, he's designed and constructed a flagstone patio and perimeter gardens. He has a great natural eye for good design--you would never know that the half bath was once a landing. Plus he's reliable, efficient, smart and top quality--what more could you ask for? He's every woman's handyman dream!

Warren installed a new commode, new kitchen faucet, replaced bathroom fixtures and repaired bathroom faucets for us. He repaired and painted our cool deck around our pool and re-grouted pool tiles. He also painted our garage doors and trim. He did a great job and found ways to save us money on the supplies. I would highly recommend his work.
