We contacted Juan to install a light fixture above our stairwell. This job involved reinforcing structures in the attic and mounting equipment from a high ceiling. Juan and Andres did an excellent job of assessing the needs and arriving with the appropriate equipment. Throughout the process, they were professional and respectful of our home. I would gladly hire them again for another project.

First of all, I don’t know why I was only allowed to pick three qualities I like about Juan. I also wanted to say that he was prompt and on time. And if he was running late, I always received a text of exactly when he was going to show up. his responsiveness to my emails and texts were also incredibly fast. He was always there to answer any question no matter how silly it must’ve seemed to him. Because I did not understand electrical stuff at all. He was amazing. And when I say amazing, he explained everything in detail like he needed to. He may understand things that I never would understood, had anyone else been telling me what was going on.
He came into the job, not knowing what to expect. And it was a large job. We had a pretty good idea that he was going to have to replace a lot of things and he got the job done in a very fast manner, but at the same time it was also done very well very professional, and we were very appreciative of his work as well as his helper. He was just as professional. We will always use them in the future. His communication and documentation with photos was extremely amazing. I’ve never had anyone do that as a project continued. He would send photos with all the progress as it went along. So we could see exactly what he fixed and where. It made me feel comfortable that what he was fixing was being fixed correctly and now my home, the place my family lives and my animals live, we now feel safe. Thank you so much, Juan.

Juan was great. I am a first time home owner and Juan was very patient with my (many) questions. He was responsive, punctual, affordable, and very polite. I will be recommending him to anyone I know needing electrical work.
