The professionalism and service at this company is unparalleled. I own a rental property in Carmel and was so happy to work with Grand Renovation on some home repair needs.Not only is their pricing very competitive but even with a special order, the install and subsequent follow up to keep me informed of progress was outstanding.The condition of the prior skylight caused a small bit of damage to the interior railing when completing the work. However, Michael stepped up, and corrected the issue within an hour. The back office support by Greg is also outstanding in terms of communication, responsiveness and documentation.With the team at Grend renovation, you have a complete group of professionals committed to doing the right thing. This company is recommended with enthusiasm.

I needed my roof replaced this year. Mike gave me a quote for the job and I approved his reasonable price. He and his crew came out, on a cloudy morning, and striped the old roofing off and put new decking down. His crew installed the new underlayment and new Lifetime Guaranteed shingles before the rain started. I am quite satisfied with the job Grand Renovation did. I highly recommend this company .
