- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We encourage prospective clients to request a quote as every project has its unique set of circumstances that vary in complexity, materials used, and time. Whether it's Mowing, lawn treatments, landscape, or flower bed maintenance we prefer to provide a personalized price, unless specifically quoted at an hourly rate, then a general estimate that changes later. No surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send an FAQ to help all new clients become acclimated to our operating procedures: weather delays, billing and payment, procedures, etc. We are always happy to answer questions at any time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Purdue university, 3B Turf Management continuing education and annual proof of insurance is a requirement to sustain our business license in fertilization and weed control.
