I had purchased two houses that needed major repairs and renovations from the roof to the ground. (Windows, doors, plumbing, replacing drywall, flooring, etc...) Well I am a little biased because Todd Lewis is my brother. However, we've done a lot of projects (on my houses) over the years and I can tell you he is a perfectionist and extremely good at what he does . . . and that is a little bit of everything! He's done everything from roofing to kitchen cabinet renovation to the latest one, a complete gut job and rebuild. My wife and I recently decided to downsize, so we bought a 700 sqft . . . uhhh . . . fixer-upper. If you can call it that. It was a commercial property and we basically gutted the building and rebuilt the inside to make a one bedroom house. Todd was instrumental in just about everything we did from demo to design to interior & exterior finishes. I could go on about what he did on this project, but it wouldn't do it justice. So I will post as many pics as I can.
Travis and his crew did a wonderful job installing a couple of concrete walkways at our property. His crew was very pleasant, courteous, and easy to talk with. I have no experienced with concrete projects so I have little to compare with, however, I would have liked the area cleaned up a bit more after the work was completed - some residual concrete on fencing, vinyl siding, wood left in the yard, and tape on the window. Overall, we are very happy with the work and we plan to use this company for our next concrete project - concrete pad for a steel building.
My lawn has never looked better! The quality of work done and the care that was taken to give me the best looking yard on the block was very impressive! After researching about 10 property management companies, I chose C and C Associates. Most companies, including C and C, were willing to send me a copy of their contract and lease agreements up from, but C and C stood out because: 1. They don't charge for semi-annual inspections and monthly 'drive-by's. 2. Their prices are considerably more reasonable. 3. Tenants are responsible for repairs due to damages that aren't normal wear and tear. 4. They don't require me to take out workers compensation and liability insurance for the work done by their employees and contractors as so many do. I hope this is helpful to you in your research. I also checked the BBB, Yellow Pages, and Yelp and found no complaints against them. We've just started, but I'm pleased so far.

Not only are they a great property manager, but they also do a great job when it comes to renovating & maintaining the houses. Lee Smith, the owner, is super knowledgable about every aspect of house maintenance and rehab, and is very honest. That's a quality that isn't easy to find. Maintenance can kill all your profits from a rental if your property manager doesn't know what he is doing and/or charges you an arm and a leg for every issue. Lee get's the job done professionally and for a very reasonable price.
