- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$70.00 but you do not have to tip. most places will expect some form of gratuities but I don't feel like there's a need to tip a physical therapist so why tip me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I'll ask what the client feels that is painful and if they know the cause of the pain. Sometimes it can be sleeping in an awkward position or extra stress at work or home. Then together we will come up with a plan for the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
720 program at the National Holistic Institute in Sacramento, California. Have been in the massage business for 5 years. Worked in a variety of settings from spas to gyms to hair salons.
