Chris was on time and very professional. I was impressed with how thorough his inspection was, and everything was detailed in the report. He explained the process to me as we went, and also verbally explained the issues he found as he went. I would definitely hire him again.

Chris was very professional, thorough, friendly, and helpful. We had him inspect our new construction and he not only found a few areas the builders needed to fix or straighten, but also taught us a lot about our new house along the way. He talks through everything he is looking at which helps in understanding why he is looking at what he is looking at, how it should work, and what we should expect as far as getting it fixed. I complete a minimum of 25 hours of continuing education every year.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
It is unfortunate when I find termite damage, however one time the damage was so bad that the buyer back out of the sale. This is the kind of service you want. Don't hire the blind inspector. Hire me.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
