Michelle MacGregor has been such a blessing. She has been very available since the first counseling session. I have met with her for both marriage and personal counseling. She is very direct, making sure I always understand what she is explaining. She asks questions, let's me struggle with answers and then helps me to come to helpful answers. The most important of all, she is very consistent with pointing me to Jesus. When I first met with her I was really struggling with insecurity, junk from my past. I didn't know how to get past my failures and see myself as valuable in God's eyes. She has helped me to get beyond all that and has helped me to see how much God loves me. She knows how to ask the right questions, how to get to the very core of what is going on. She is gentle but firm on what I always need to hear. Compassionate and kind. With all that being sais, yes I highly recommend her!
Excellent career advice and really happy with the resumes and cover letters that came with it. I feel like my future is a wealth of opportunities.
I am a true believer of counseling and couples therapy for helping/mending personal relationships. I sought out Tim Robinson for relationship counseling and found his tools and techniques to be very helpful. I would strongly recommend seeking out Tim for all types of counseling.
Mrs. O'neal is a true professional. The way she transformed my resume, I am confident that it will help me land my next career. I would most differently recommend her services. She spealizes in transitioning military resume with prices you can afford. Thanks Mrs. O'neal
We already received premarital counseling, but we wanted additional help. We were connected with Pastor Pat, and he was great! His technique was helpful, and he taught us valuable life lessons. Thank you, Pastor Pat!
I have known Vicky both professionally and personally for over 17 years. I recommend her to all of my colleagues who are looking for career/life coaching. Her extensive history within the corporate environment makes her a natural fit for understanding and navigating the complexities of a Fortune 500 environment. She has many intangibles, including her ability to make you feel comfortable with discussions on your professional and personal challenges. However, her straight-forward approach makes for the perfect partner for solid professional growth, and personal stability (sanity) in challenging times. She is outstanding at helping you visualize and document optimal paths forward, and has been a driving force in my career progression, solving workplace challenges and personal glide path. Although my needs might be different than others who might be looking for assistance in this area, I am confident in my recommendation of Jacksonville Executive Coaching and Vicky Sydorowicz.
I've known Becky for many years from her prior career and also as a client of Fitness with Becky. Becky has a warm heart and a great attitude. Most importantly, she practices what she preaches and is in great shape!
Life definitely can be difficult at times and it is great to have friends and family that you can talk to. However, sometimes you need another perspective. I reached out to Jamila as I was struggling through some difficult times in my life. Transitioning into the role of a caregiver for my mom, dealing with an overwhelming amount of stress, changing careers, relocating back home and trying to find time for myself. Jamila coached me through the hardest times I have ever faced, providing me with clarity, allowing me to refocus my priorities. She helped me learn how to adjust my thinking, teaching me to acknowledge how much I was doing and to feel good about the progress I was making. Our discussions kept me focused on what was important. Through her teachings I learned a number of strategies to use in order to stay calm in those stressful moments. I am a very independent-perfectionist-overachiever type and Jamila helped me discover ways to embrace those qualities through balance. She is this new voice that I hear now in the back of my mind that encourages me and keeps me grounded, centered, focused, and calm.
Dee helped me create a business plan with my startup and she is currently still my career Coach. She's so smart and well rounded. I've been working with her for 8months now.

Marc is one of the best courteous professionals I have had do work for me in my career. Marc was there when I needed him to fix my laptop and had it completely done in one day and back to me the next day , with 100 percent satisfaction work completed. Thank you Marc for all.
Anne has written significant process improvements for my financial management teams. Her business experience and knowledge has been invaluable. She is an excellent trainer and editor and is easy to relate to and understand. I have also used Anne's skills for resume creation, test preparation, networking, interview coaching, and career planning.
I offer fair rates, and I work with personality disorders and addiction disorders.
I've had a great deal of difficulty over the past couple of years as I've transitioned from stay-at-home mother to full time college student. It felt like some part of my life was always falling short. Mindy has helped me streamline my priorities, become accountable for my accomplishments (or lack thereof) and become a more well rounded person. My only advisory to would be clients is this: You get out of her coaching program what you put into. You have to work WITH her and she will go above and beyond to help!

I am a certified life coach. My desire is to assist men in attaining fulfillment in their professional lives by helping them align their careers with their true purpose.
To assist and inspire individuals to live life without regrets, to be real and truthful with themselves where they are in life, in order for healing to begin, to fulfill their greatest possibilities, conquer their most challenging obstacles, and to live life intentionally and on purpose with the awareness that they are able to release the fundamental qualities which lies in every human heart. What is a life coach? A life coach is a person who works with individuals to help them develop the life they truly want for themselves. Effective coaches are able to help their clients determine what they really want out of life, and empower their clients to attain their goals by helping them discover and implement a plan of action that includes all of the steps necessary to achieve those goals. These professionals deal with relatively healthy people who wanted to improve their lives in specific ways, such as changing careers, taking their business to a new level, finding a healthy relationship, losing weight or deepening their self-understanding, for example. They deal with stress management as well as goal setting, time management, and other key areas of change to assist their clients lead more balanced lives that better reflect clients priorities and personal values. It differs from therapy since the focus is more on the present and future than the past, more on behaviors and goals than emotions and emotional patterns, and there is a more equal balance of power between the client and the coach than between the typical therapist and client. Coaching can fit into anyone's schedule, as it is usually done by appointment over the phone, through several sessions per month, and generally covers a period of three to six months. Most coaches include e-mail follow-up in between telephone sessions to offer additional support to their clients. What can they provide? They can help people improve their lives or personal performance in a specific area like stress management, business, weight loss, personal relationships or other areas. Focusing on the present and the future, they can help you gain self-knowledge, create more effective goals, help provide a plan and framework within which to go about accomplishing them, be a partner in your journey, and provide resources and information to help. What can't they provide? They can't provide psychological therapy, so if you have more serious emotional issues within yourself or interpersonal conflicts that need to be examined, a past you need to work through before you can move forward, or unconscious self-defeating patterns that keep cropping up, you might be better suited to look for a therapist. How are they compared to other professionals? They typically charge rates similar to or less than counselors and therapists. They can help you over the phone and via e-mail, so you have more options in whom you see and when you see them, and can save commuting time. Coaching sometimes provides quicker results, as it typically addresses more surface-level concerns than therapy. However, if your problems are rooted in your emotional patterns or subconscious functioning and can't be addressed by coaching alone, your coach may refer you to a therapist.
