- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes...for virus/malware removal and system optimization I charge a flat fee of $75.00.I check for all Windows updates,adobe flash/reader updates,and java.I thoroughly scan a system using six different programs.I defragment the registry and hard drive.These is my standard protocols for a virus cleaning. Part replacement is also $75.00 per hour excluding the part and that is not a minimum,if it is less than an hour then so goes the labor price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally when a new customer calls or comes in I will ask a few questions to narrow down the possibility of the problem.If the system is in my shop I will then do a hard diagnostic to verify the problem. When I have made the conclusion as to the problem I will call my customer with the information and verify if the customer wants the repair done and the cost.When the repair is finished I will call my customer to tell them the system is ready for pickup.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers call or come into my store with various problems. I also have many business customers that I do work for.It constitutes a wide range of capabilities.
