We offer transparent, upfront pricing based on the size of the property and the services selected. Most of our projects range from $300 to $1,500+, depending on the level of service. We also offer bundled service options for homeowners who want to clean and maintain their entire property in one visit — this is the most popular option and provides the best value. Services such as roof cleaning, tree work, sealing, and seasonal maintenance are priced individually or as part of a package. We focus on delivering high-quality, long-lasting results rather than quick, low-cost cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Quote – Discuss the customer’s needs, inspect the area (if needed), and provide a detailed quote. 2. Scheduling & Preparation – Set a convenient date and advise the customer on any prep work, like moving outdoor furniture. 3. Pre-Treatment – Apply cleaning solutions or detergents to break down dirt, mold, or stains. 4. Pressure Washing – Use professional-grade equipment to thoroughly clean surfaces, adjusting pressure based on the material. 5. Post-Cleaning Inspection – Walk through with the customer to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. 6. Final Touches & Clean-Up – Rinse surrounding areas, replace moved items, and provide maintenance tips if needed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in proper pressure washing and soft washing techniques to safely clean different surfaces such as siding, concrete, roofing, and wood without causing damage. We also have hands-on experience in tree trimming, removal, and seasonal property maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient work on every job.
