FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique and pricing varies from job to job. our pricing is based on materials and the estimated labor hours on what it will take to complete the job. We have been doing this for such a long time we can give and estimate and most of the time be right on. We are a small company and we don't carry a lot of over head cost as some of the bigger remolding company's do, so we are very competitive with our pricing. A base rate for smaller jobs is $25.00 a hr. or a minimum price of a $100.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up an appointment that works into their schedule. Finding out what their home remolding needs are. Finding out the budget they need to work in. accessing the project by gathering as much information we can on the work to be done. Talking over the project with the customer and giving them our ideals for it, then coming up with a price that the customer can work with. If all work out between us, we then we can schedule the work to be done and put it on the books.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the pass 50 years, We have been a family owned business. The trade has been passed down from my father to me and from me to my son. A lot of on the job training. We do attend yearly training class held by the city building commission. We have taken some building and carpentry classes at Ivy Tech Trade school. Our quality speaks for itself.
