- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and we always offer discounts to not only current customers, but also people who utilize auto pay, advance payment up front for our services. Many of our customers like to also take advantage of the great financing program we offer, this helps alleviate up front investment on more extensive services. We always work to be flexible on the payment process, and always look out for the best interests of our customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It does depend on the circumstances, in some cases we can talk over the phone and figure out the pricing and solution, but in some cases we need to come and look at your location to give a proper evaluation. You can rest assured our inspection or pricing process is always at no cost to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all certifications and licenses required by the office of the Indiana State Chemist, as do my employees. So you can feel rest assured we will take care of your home or business effectively and properly.
