Ryan and his team were so amazing. I contacted them at 8 or so at night. I was responded back so fast. Ryan came out the next morning and treated the same day. They were so great. My baby was napping when they were here so they worked around him and offered to come back if he slept through the time. He answered all our questions. Best of all treatment is pet and kid safe. We also added the warranty to our bill for added protection. Finally looking forwards to a great nights sleep.
Also he provided us with mattress covers and pillowcase covers included in the price. One alone is $40+. Very reasonably priced
I would recommend Ryan and his team to anyone.

Was very happy with the snake removal and inspection for nests or more problems. Zach was very personable and seemed to know his job. Was happy enough to have them back for mosquitoes spraying and to termite the house and polebarn.

I had been dealing with a raccoon in the attic for a couple weeks and had left messages with multiple pest control companies in Evansville. None of them returned my messages and I turned to Thumbtack. I contacted T&G, who responded almost immediately, and had someone out within a day or so. Connor has been spectacular, and I have now set up regular preventative pest control with T&G. And I'm finally sleeping again now that Parkour Pete has vacated the premises.
I looked at multiple reviews before I chose T &G, and felt most comfortable with T&G as a small local company that has been in business since the 1980's and care about their reputation. After leaving a message, they got right back to me and came out the next day. Ryan, the owner came out. He was obviously knowledgeable and competent, but also was comforting. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and we always offer discounts to not only current customers, but also people who utilize auto pay, advance payment up front for our services. Many of our customers like to also take advantage of the great financing program we offer, this helps alleviate up front investment on more extensive services. We always work to be flexible on the payment process, and always look out for the best interests of our customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It does depend on the circumstances, in some cases we can talk over the phone and figure out the pricing and solution, but in some cases we need to come and look at your location to give a proper evaluation. You can rest assured our inspection or pricing process is always at no cost to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all certifications and licenses required by the office of the Indiana State Chemist, as do my employees. So you can feel rest assured we will take care of your home or business effectively and properly.
