John is one of the most knowledgeable and personable trainers that I have had the opportunity to work with. He is well versed in the field of Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, and Exercise Prescription for every level of athlete, from soccer mom, to weekend warrior, to colligate athletes, to military personnel. I have had the privilege of working with John as one of his clients as well as his coworker. He does a great job communicating ideas as well as coach points and I have had the pleasure of using him as a source of knowledge to better my coaching and methodology as a trainer/coach. I would highly recommend John to anyone who is interested in achieving their fitness goals no matter what shape or condition they are currently in.

John provided excellent step-by-step instruction in the elements of Olympic-style weightlifting. I was surprised to find that I made more progress than I thought was possible. I am going to continue to attend his classes and make this type of lifting a regular part of my life.

I compete in a sport called canine agility and have goals that include being a National Finalist and competing at the International level. My own athletic ability and fitness play a huge roll in the success I have. I have worked with Johnathon for almost 2 years building skills and developing my athletic ability. He has designed a plan based on strength, conditioning and agility skills specific to my sport. I highly recommend Johnathon if you want to improve at what ever sport you compete in or even if you just want to be better at life.

John is very talented & has great diversity in his approach for personal coaching. My experience with John brought me greater understanding of how weight lifting and other types of movements can be benifical as I age. Also, his coaching on the correct way to do the movements will last me a life time!

John is a very effective strength and conditioning coach.
