Kyler did a great job replacing our water heater. Mr. Rooter doesn't charge for coming to your home unless they replace or fix something. Plumbing is expensive but their charges are normal for today's costs. Overall, I would give Mr. Rooter an excellent rating. Thank you, Kyler.

I had a problem with sewage coming up in my basement. Mr. Rooter's techs came and ran a camera into the line to find that it was broken. They replaced my sewer line from inside my house to the cleanout in my yard, then lined the sewer line from the cleanout to where it joins the city sewer line with a fiberglass and resin liner, so it will be much more durable. They did the work promptly and efficiently. They leveled my yard after all the digging and where they had cut the sidewalk they placed gravel so I wouldn't be wading through mud. They left the new cleanouts standing up and said they'd return in a few months after the ground has settled, to cut the cleanouts down to ground level. They installed a new water heater, which works well; also a sump pump and a dry well for the sump pump to drain into. I'm happy with the work done. The cost was considerable, but I think it was reasonable considering how much needed done. They were completely done within a couple weeks. They made sure I had water access every day when they stopped, and the actual sewer line was only unusable for about 48 hours from when they started.

I went with another service at first who couldn't fix the issue, but after calling Mr Rooter, Cade came out, diagnosed the issue, and clearly presented the options. He quickly and professionally got it taken care of and verified that the issue was fixed. Will call them again if we need to!
