- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have square foot pricing on most of my services, but many factors can be involved in pricing. I price and plan every job as a seperate, custom job. No two jobs are alike. I always treat each job as one in their own. I'm not the guy to say I have seen it all, but not too much surprises me after over 30 years of service in the restoration and cleaning world.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will listen to the clients needs. Qualify that I am the guy for the job. I set expectations for both the client and myself and price each job accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifications in carpet cleaning, water restoration, fire restoration, odor control, oriental rug cleaning and upholstery cleaning from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration Certification), graduate of the Bane-Clean institute, graduate of Turn Key stone and tile restoration course, and graduate of Elite Crete certification course.
