Javier notified me prior to todays treatment. Javier came to the door and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Javier went all around the house, knocking down cobwebs. Javier applied the treatment to the yard, the house and dusted the cracks. Javier came back to the door with my treatment card and advised me to keep the dog off the yard for 30-45 minutes. Javier is very courteous, professional and seems to care about his customers.

My technician, Patrick did an amazing job. We were not home but have a ring doorbell and was able to give him instructions on one thing on our porch I specifically needed done for yellow jackets. He even sent pictures of all the areas treated for me and a text with all the treatment performed!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial service and 20-point inspection start the pest control process. There is typically an initial charge to clean up the issues, dust eves and get the property in a good place to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are professionally trained, licensed, background checked and insured.
