Well I will say they were an hour late but they did contacted me let me know that they were running late and apologized. Ok no biggie cuz you know things happen. BUUUT let me tell you when these three young ladies came in my house they worked tirelessly for hours down to every detail! They clean my cabinets my refrigerator everything they even separated my sectional to clean in between the sections....They did an absolutely amazing job!!!! I have a fairly good size house so they weren't able to get to everything that they wanted to they felt would be included the job that I was quoted so they asked if they could come back tomorrow to finish up and didn't want me to pay them till the job was done and I was happy... So impressed beyond professional!!! And on top of that the estimate they gave me I don't feel was fair on their part in the slightest they did so much more work than what they are asking. I have full intentions of paying a little more than their estimated price at least giving them a good tip! They definitely earned it! I want them back weekly or bi-weekly they are impressive!! I feel that finding someone to come into your house and help you keep things in order when things gets crazy plus trustworthy and not judgemental is not an easy task... I feel such a weight lifted when things are tidy!! Thank you ladies we are very grateful!

They cam EARLIER than even intended and for 2 hours worked tirelessly to give back physically impared, mentally struggling adults apart of their home back. They did it without judgement or hesitation . I just wanted to test the waters and had them to the bathroom first. I want them back going forward until the house is restored if they will have us. It feels like a different world. Manic depressive disorder, anxiety, physical impairments and ailments bring people trying to take advantage of you. That want to just you and use you. Not this company. It was my first time hiring a cleaner. Ty for making it so special

I have never hired a cleaning company before, but I am very happy that I did! M&N was very thorough and careful with my home. The job was much bigger than they anticipated and they made sure that it was complete. My kitchen has never looked so good! I love the personal touches that make me smile each time I see them throughout my home. I would recommend M&N for any job, big or small. The attention to detail is superb.

First of all they were an hour late. I quickly forgave that because they fit me in in less than 24 hours of contacting them. They were very polite, professional and got done in an hour what would have taken one person 2 - 2.5 hours to do I also loved that a woman runs and owns the company.
