I hired Mr. Mendoza to paint the exterior of my house. 2100 square feet. They did a terrific job and got it all done in one day. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. Definately the guy to go with if you need any painting done.

Mendosa Painting contacted me quickly and arrived to give an estimate within 24 hours. They were on time, professional and did a great job. Before starting, they moved and covered furniture, patched nail holes and even patched a good size hole with dry wall. They painted 3 rooms, including ceilings, 2 coats on the walls, and then caulked the white molding that they didn’t paint! They were hard working, quick and efficient! When done, they checked all the areas to make sure the rooms passed their inspection and then cleaned up! They did a fantastic job and they will be our go to for our painting needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Interior Paint: $1.50/ sq. foot Walls Only
Interior Paint Trim Add $1.00 to the base footage noted above.
Thererfore, $ 2.50/ sq. foot.
If you have flooring we fully cover floors.
Customer buys all paints except for tape, plastic, and masking paper.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and do estimate. (free)
If the customer approves the estimate then we schedule.
We do require 50% for scheduling and labor
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been business for over ten years and my staff trained.
