My husband and I reviewed many painters and reached out to a few before deciding on Mendoza painting. The owner met me (wife) at our house and looked over everything we needed painting on our exterior. He was very friendly and helpful. We power washed and bought the paint in the amount he recommended, (our choice to do this). When we contacted them for the day we wanted painted he responded quickly. They showed up 10 minutes early and went to work very quickly. We love the work they did!! Our house looks so fresh!! They were respectful, cleaned up well after and were also reasonably priced. We are already recommending them to others for their painting services! Definitely go with them if you are looking for painting! We had siding , shutters and trim and gutters painted, along with front steps and covered porch(which we decided to have them do last minute and had the paint)! We love our little house! Thanks!

The painter expedited the paint job to make sure it was complete before I left town. His crew did extra tasks such as cutting bushes, cutting wires off of the house and power washing. He made adjustments throughout the job to make sure we was satisfied with the final result. The house has curb appeal and looks newer compared to the older bland color. I'm pleased with the way it turned out.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Interior Paint: $1.50/ sq. foot Walls Only Interior Paint Trim Add $1.00 to the base footage noted above. Thererfore, $ 2.50/ sq. foot. If you have flooring we fully cover floors. Customer buys all paints except for tape, plastic, and masking paper.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and do estimate. (free) If the customer approves the estimate then we schedule. We do require 50% for scheduling and labor
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been business for over ten years and my staff trained.
