- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing but each situation is different so I would rather discuss your situation and then create a formal quote. We will meet and/or exceed your expectations. Give us a call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet via a phone call. If we like the initial terms, we set up a time to meet in person and sign the agreements. We will come to you, unless you are out of state, then we can use electronic signatures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the residential and commercial real estate industry for most of my adult life (30 years) in one form or another, but primarily in management. I have attend CCIM courses for commercial real estate and taken Indiana Real Estate education. We have a principle broker working for us that will handle all the leasing and sales.
