I tried for about a 5 days to hook up with Caleb after setting up 2 different times to get him to come over and move my tree. One time he wanted my address and I didn't get the message until 8:15 am the day he was suppose to do the work at 9:00 am. I rescheduled for this morning at 10:00 am and he decided it was too wet to move the tree. The tree was in my yard on grass and the rain from the night before would only make it easier to move. He never called me back to set up another time. I will not use him again.

I'm sorry that you had trouble connecting with Caleb. We do our best to respond in a appropriate amount of time but with our busy schedule and high volume of clientele, calls and messages may be missed. I also apologize that the inclement weather affected and prevented the job from being done. Is there anything I can do to resolve or help with this issue?
