Made one phone call and within a few days, had Justin and another nice man at our home going over cost. Definitely punctual. Not two days wait, had an estimate for not 1 but 4 roofs. The following week Merv was back at our home, we picked out shingles, scheduled 4 roof replacements, screens and window.The project is complete and my husband and I are very pleased. We were recommended TruChoice. From start to finish, Justin, Merv & Josh and the entire team, a day and a half tear off 4 roofs, replace and clean up!!!!! Outstanding work. Calling the office is a breeze, Rae is awesome, Michelle as well. They return calls, no chasing them down for answers, they show the customer they want to do business with you. They treated our property and us with respect. Shoot, we miss talking to them. Fun crew. I cannot give this business enough accolades, seriously consider giving them a call. Truchoice was absolutely great to deal with. Randy was an excellent sales person. He was always eager to find out the answers if he didnt know. He was down to earth and easy to talk to. Justin helped us with the insurance side and was again eager to answer my many of our questions when it came to policy and coverage. Merv was always on top of things. We did a complete home makeover after hail damage. A project as big as ours was expected to have hiccups, but any time there were questions, they were here on site ready to talk about it, walk through it and make sure everyone was on the same page and happy with the outcome. We had 2 different crews, one for siding and our brand new stone on the front and then one for the roof. All were easy to talk to, and willing to answer any questions we had and address any questions we had. We would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone!
