- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All fees are general pricing based on my history of performing technical work for many years. We strive to bring value to all customers by providing competitive costs with prompt and professional service while educating our customers on their product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I am able to ascertain the scope of work, I will provide an accurate quote on your project in regard to any time and travel, parts, and labor. Most work can be done remotely from the comfort of your own home! Whether it's an email server you need to be built to create efficiency in your small business environment or just technical advice, no task is too big or small for Vizion Dynamics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of military experience and I am a CompTIA A+ Certified IT Professional. I have over 15 years of IT experience ranging from small, medium, and large businesses.
