I'm not sure if he has personal problems or anything but he will stop communicating for weeks. He is a contractor that lives off of deposits. He doesn't do good work either. He is the worst contractor I've used in 17yrs of owning that house. He would leave the work incomplete and messy for weeks. This was my tenants master bedroom. He would essentially block my phone calls and not respond to text. Not sure if he smokes crack but he was doing some real crackish behavior. Who stops working for weeks and won't communicate with anyone....a crack head. On top of all his poor poor poor professionalism...he's not good at his job. I have to hire someone to come and fix all the shit he messed up.
