- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I like to start with a quick call to learn more about the property and what they want cleaned. That helps me give an accurate quote and explain our cleaning process. Once the job is scheduled, I confirm the date and time, then send a message explaining what to expect on service day. I treat every home or business with care, making sure everything is done safely and the results meet our high standards before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training came from getting out there and learning hands-on. When my son started pressure washing, I jumped in to help him and took the time to learn the right way to clean each surface. I studied safe chemical mixing, soft washing techniques, and proper pressure settings to make sure we get great results without causing damage. Over time, I’ve gained a lot of real-world experience, and I’m always learning new ways to improve our process at A-Ok Pressure Washers.
