My Maytag dryer was not producing heat. When I called Duncan Home Services, they came out the same day, and repaired the dryer the next day. The technician and office staff were very courteous and friendly. I recommend them and give them five stars!

The service man was very polite, checked my dishwasher out completely however wasn’t able to solve the noise complaint I had addressed, he suggested added in-depth research to see if they could correct the problem at cool tune of $$$.00 so I said no since it was 6 rears old. I’ll live with the noise until the part completely where is out, then I’ll buy a new one.

Duncan Homes Services provided easy scheduling and excellent notification when our service provider was en route. Our service provider determined the problem quickly and alerted us to the fact that a malfunctioning part was no longer available except in refurbished condition. We charge a flat-rate diagnostic fee, which is applied toward your total if you choose to move forward with the repair. You’ll always receive upfront pricing before any work is done—no hidden fees or surprises. We don’t upsell unnecessary services, and we stand by the fairness and transparency of our pricing. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, military, and senior citizens—just ask when booking.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick intake—either online or over the phone—to gather details about your issue and schedule your service. A certified technician will arrive on time, perform a full diagnostic, and clearly explain the issue and repair options. You’ll receive an upfront quote before any work begins.
