- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat-rate diagnostic fee, which is applied toward your total if you choose to move forward with the repair. You’ll always receive upfront pricing before any work is done—no hidden fees or surprises. We don’t upsell unnecessary services, and we stand by the fairness and transparency of our pricing. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, military, and senior citizens—just ask when booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick intake—either online or over the phone—to gather details about your issue and schedule your service. A certified technician will arrive on time, perform a full diagnostic, and clearly explain the issue and repair options. You’ll receive an upfront quote before any work begins. If you approve the repair, we apply the diagnostic fee toward the total and get to work—often completing the job on the same visit. Afterward, we follow up to ensure everything went smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are professionally certified and continuously trained to stay current with the latest appliance and HVAC systems. We employ MST-certified appliance technicians--highly respected credentials in our industry. In addition to formal training, our team brings decades of hands-on experience across all major brands and models.
