Pricing depends on the repair scope, materials, access and urgency. Send photos, a description and your preferred timing so we can discuss the work and provide a quote. Any additional work should be discussed before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing your repair or maintenance needs, photos and location. We discuss the scope, arrange an assessment when needed, confirm the quote and scheduling, and communicate through completion. Our focus is existing building repairs, maintenance and turnover punch lists.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We began in 2023 as Harvey Bros Restoration and later changed our legal business name to Harvey Facility Services. Our work continues to focus on building repairs, restoration and ongoing property maintenance.
