About
There are several things we believe that set us apart from our competition but the two most important things are: 1- We actually LISTEN to our costumers needs and wants. Too many companies get a signed contract and suddenly treat the job as a "job number" and forget about the promises they made in order to get the contract. This WILL NOT happen at Indy & Beyond! Our customers are always right!

We had Indy & Beyond come out to replace a section of privacy fence that our dog knocked over. They showed us how poorly our fence had been constructed (which was only 2 years old!). Unfortunately, we were forced to have the entire fence replaced or risked our dog tearing down the rest of the old fence. The good news is, Indy & Beyond gave us a great deal on a fence that is installed properly and will hopefully last us a lifetime. We are very pleased with this company and will use them again for sure, as well as recommend them to others.

We have not yet connected regarding the work we need to have done, still waiting on the estimate! In all fairness to the Company-there have been extenuating circumstances. Hopefully we will be able to work with this company now and in the future..as we are looking to move south and will be in need of a reputable contractor!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask to see certifications! Don't just take anyone's word for it. Ask for proof! With over 20 years in the industry, I have witnessed more unqualified contractors than qualified. Due to the ease of starting up a construction business in this state, it has become a "buyers be aware" type of industry!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The biggest problem many of us reputable remodeling companies face is skepticism from homeowners. Some of this is warranted but much of it is not. Undoubtedly, there are bad contractors out there who are looking for quick opportunities but in my 20+ years in the industry, I have seen very very few contractors who are out to rip off homeowners. The recent popularity of "home improvement shows" focuses on "bad contractors" which fuels this issue. While I completely understand that homeowners need to look out for their interests, trust is an absolute must in a contractor/homeowner relationship and it can be difficult to establish trust when many homeowners are skeptical from the start.
