The entire crew at UFit treats each client as a part of their family doing what ever it takes to get you where you want to go. These guys are not your typical trainers that are constantly whatching the clock waiting on your time to be up. They do not have a one size fits all approach when it comes to work outs. I have had a few different trainers in the past and never really stuck with it due to me feeling like I was just another time slot to fill as well as getting to a work out early and seeing the guy before me doing the exact same work out I would do. The UFit crew is on your team and they strive to get you the results you want through their custom taylored work outs designed with your ability and goals in mind. I can't say enough about these guys. If you are considering a personal trainer I highly recommend talking to a couple different ones and then talk to the crew at UFit so you can see the difference yourself!

I joined UFit January 1st and haven't been this excited about working out in my entire 58 years of life. Exercise of any type has never been my thing. However, after 4 weeks I am so pumped about the results I am seeing and I cannot wait to see my results in another couple of months. I really do look forward to my Tuesday and Thursday workouts and my trainer is always offering his assistance with my tracking of the foods I eat along with helpful hints! I would recommend UFit to everyone I know!!!
