Contacted The Water Heater Guys through Yelp. Laura with TWHG was sincere and empathetic. Very understanding. TWHG gave me a range estimate without coming to the house. Previously had a Bradford White water heater and it lasted for about 15 years. Water Heater before the BW lasted almost 8 years. That is almost double the life span. Although the cost is more, needless to say I requested a Bradford White replacement. Steve did a great job on installation. He stayed until he knew I was getting a good temperature change for the hot water. Great customer service. Thanks Laura , Steve and the family at The Water Heater Guys.
