1. Getting to know them personally(background) 2. Finding out what they do for work, & why they need cleaning 3. Building rapport and building a bond so that they trust that I can do the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My prior work was a cleaning Business. For about 4years. Also a lot of practice working with my mom for 2more years traveling and working together on cleaning projects for people we knew by word of mouth. I was brought up to always maintain a high standard of cleaning. My up bringing instilled a strong emphasis on cleaning things the right way.
