As a courtesy, I also removed a bush with its roots for you at no extra charge, even though this was outside the original scope of work. Regarding the garage, when you asked me to blow it, my tools were already packed away in my truck as the agreed-upon yard work was complete. I did retrieve my blower to assist you. However, another person present at the house indicated that it was 'okay like that,' and I understood that to mean you no longer needed that additional task done. I sincerely apologize if there was a miscommunication about the final payment. My understanding was that the agreed-upon price for the yard cleanup was $230. I am very sorry if there was a discrepancy or if you felt pressured to pay more than the value you perceived. It was certainly not my intention to leave you feeling overcharged or that the work was subpar. I value your business and am truly sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations.
