Katie changed my life! Working with her has decreased my back and neck pain, lessened my feeling of stress (she great with teaching how to use your breath) and thinned my belly and thighs. She helped me discover muscles I didn't even know I had. Highly recommend her as not every pilates teacher teaches real pilates. Katie's is a well trained and caring instructor. She's the real deal.

She watches to make sure you are doing the moves properly and asks questions to see if you are aware of your moves and what they do for your well being.
