Bob made my computer like new. It had multiple problems and he solved them. He spent time going over everything he found, how he solved it, and left me written directions. He also indicated that I could call him any time with questions or concerns. He was reasonably priced and I had full faith and trust in him and his knowledge of repairing my computer. Bob was awesome. He quoted me a price and that was what I payed with the exception of shipping for a RMA on my motherboard that was under warranty. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once a new customer has contacted Mr. Technology one of our representatives will get the appropriate contact information and a description of the service required. Then the customer will be given an estimate and options for pick up or drop off of equipment to be serviced.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 4 Associate of Applied Science degrees in various Information Technology disciplines including Security, Networking and PC Maintenance and repair.
