We highly recommend Edy for his electrical skills and his affordable rates!! Edy installed a new kitchen light fixture over our island bar. When he arrived, he got right to work and had it done with ease. He was professional, friendly and highly skilled. He even offered to fill in the small holes (with spackling compound) that were left in the ceiling from the old light mounting. We had been talking with him while he was doing the work. He readily agreed to look at a few other areas we had to determine if the light switches were working properly. Edy assured us there wasn't anything that needed to be done. He shared all kinds of valuable info with us after we mentioned our home had sold and the buyers were having the house inspected soon. Because Edy has a certification as a home inspector, he took time to explain some of areas the inspection would likely include and assured us we should be fine. We will definitely be scheduling Edy again for the electrical jobs (installing ceiling fans) and the house inspection of our new home we've purchased!!

Ahed repaired an outlet that was damaged and went above to ensure everything was safe and up to code. I was extremely happy with the work and the price as well as he offered to come on Saturday of a holiday weekend. I will use Sensible Home Repairs again, that’s for sure. Thanks Ahed!! Great job!!
