Since 2006, when my twin brother and I started this company, our goal was to disrupt BIG corporate pest control and bring back customer service values as well as knowledge based pest control to clients. We have always focused on being a full-service pest control company. While we do trap and treat all sorts of pests, we also specialize in the repair of entry points, preventing pests from returning, as well as cleanup and disinfecting. It may have been my fault for not reading the fine print. He came out and did an assessment the text provided a lot of info to stop them from getting in, but no solutions on how to get them for now except to do what I have been doing already. It was a true waste of $100. Update: Owner called to speak about the misunderstanding. He was able to provide me with great customer service and we both were satisfied with the outcome.

They were thorough in their inspection, and they found the source of the problem. They set traps and removed the critters, and they also sealed up the entry points. I was very impressed with their service.

We offer free inspections with a wildlife/pest control expert that will go over pricing for any recommended services.
