It may have been my fault for not reading the fine print. He came out and did an assessment the text provided a lot of info to stop them from getting in, but no solutions on how to get them for now except to do what I have been doing already. It was a true waste of $100.
Update: Owner called to speak about the misunderstanding. He was able to provide me with great customer service and we both were satisfied with the outcome.

Our process starts with a full home inspection. From there we give a proposal to solve each homeowner's unique nuisance wildlife problem.

All of our technicians are highly trained through hours of on-site and classroom learning. We are certified through the State. NWCOA, and Ridge-Guard.
