I am so pleased with the process of redesigning my 19th century historic home with Heroum Design. Included in one price you have a team of an architect and a structural engineer to guide the redesign. I had special requests for this home that were a bit out of the box, but Tarik and Ahmed were up to the task with ideas that I had not considered. We are in the finalizing stage of the construction documents and I could not be happier. Specifically, I was concerned about the structural integrity of such an old home. I also had concerns about running the plumbing and electric in a home that originally had neither. These gentlemen walked from top to bottom of my home - the did not stray from the spider webs or dirt - including the basement to show me any areas of concern, and to assure me as to whether or not the changes I would like to make could be supported by the original structure. Ahmed is like an encyclopedia of code enforcement! I feel assured that the design will meet my needs and stand for decades to come.

We’ve decided to get plans for a garage, we reached out to quit a few different architects/ engineers. Ahmad and Tarik responded back in a timely manner. They have been out to the house a couple of time. They were very attentive to our needs and gave back in put on what we could or couldn’t do.
