I am so very pleased with the move-in cleaning and carpetcleaning performed. The staff were all very friendly, PROMPT, EFFICIENT, and THOROUGH. There was great attention to detail and it made the home even more move-in ready. Awesome value. The company is black-owned and operated as well! I will recommend to my friends and most certainly use again in the future.
Details: Two-story house • 4 rooms • 3 flights • As recommended by the professional • I have pets at home • No smokers in home

Had a move out clean of a house we were renting. ARCC was able to get me in just 24 hours in advance after our other cleaner bailed last minute. They did a phenomenal job and did carpetcleaning too, which not many cleaners on here seem to do

George was on time for the appointment. He was very pleasant and worked professionally and efficiently. He was done cleaning all the carpet in our empty 4 bedroom house in an hour. He even honored the agreed upon fee quoted in Thumbtack despite my adding another room and closets. I would highly recommend George for any carpetcleaning needs. He does other cleaning as well from what is written on his van and website.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Carpet cleaning - $40 per area with an $100 minimum.
Typically, an area is a room that is up to 300 square feet (that is 15 x 20 or approximately the size of a two-car garage). Living room/dining room combos are considered two areas. Non-standard areas (baths, halls, landings, walk-in-closets, etc.) are priced separately from the standard areas, usually at a lesser price.
Our price includes treating for spots, and a 7-day satisfaction policy. There are no hidden fees or additional charges. Also, we never sub-contact, so our technicians are always background checked, drug tested and properly trained
- Hardwood cleaning - $0.60 per sq. ft. with a $100 minimum
- House cleaning - $100 minimum
Every house varies in size and what needs to be cleaned, so we need to talk with each customer to give an accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free estimate, we can travel to your facility or you can provide us with the details over the phone or email and we can give you the quote. If you like the quote we can set up the service date that is convenient to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're certified and recognized by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification).
