I had Armor Air out for an estimate for a project I had been kicking around for a while. The technician was able to quickly explain to me why my plans were flawed, but in a super effective and cordial manner. He then spent a significant amount of time explaining the ins-and-outs of possible alternatives, and even spent some time helping me diagnose unrelated HVAC issues that I wasn't even trying to address! I literally ended up spending $0 that day, but came away with tons of knowledge, and a go-to guy for my future HVAC issues. They'll be my first call for duct cleaning, new installs, and maintenance from now on!

Christian was excellent in explaining the objective of the appointment. He was patient in explaining parts of my HVAC system I did not thoroughly understand and did not mind reviewing these concepts more than once. I REALLY like the video he took that explained all the tasks he completed to maintenance my HVAC system. Very pleased!
