- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For service repairs we charge a trip fee to come diagnose a clients HVAC system that is having issues. Once diagnosed, we inform the client of the issue or issues & provide an upfront repair cost to make the repairs. The client then may elect to have us proceed with the repair(s) or they pay the diagnostic charge & move forward on their own accord. We provide a 1 year parts & labor coverage on repairs we make. For clients looking to upgrade their HVAC systems with new equipment, we provide free, no obligation estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make them as comfortable as possible about working with our company. We try to explain EVERYTHING in very simple terms so they can understand the work and the process of what needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 100+ years of combined experience in the HVAC industry. All of our technicians either already have earned or in the process of earning their NATE certification, the highest certification available in our industry.
