Jeff has consistently proven to be dependable, knowledgeable, and fair! I’m a plumbing contractor and have used him for as long as I can remember, I haven’t had a job he couldn’t do!

I selected Jeff based on the two previous reviews which were excellent. I needed him to remount a microwave which had not been installed properly, it was not flush with the cabinets. Jeff arrived while I was at work but my wife was home. I was told and saw on his website that he charged $ 80 an hour. Jeff arrived on time and did a good job remounting the microwave. It took him one hour but charged my wife $160. When she questioned this, he explained it was more do to travel time which was never mentioned prior. I feel he took advantage of a woman who was by herself. Again, he does good work but I question his ethics.

I apologize for the misunderstanding Bob
We spend about half of our day driving to serve the customer at their location and travel or sometimes called one hour minimum is a common policy in the industries. Everyone is charged for this “travel time”no matter what sex,race,or religion and I will from now on make this more clear.
Do you remember asking what the total would be while talking over the phone , so that you could leave me a check and I told you 160
